Working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing & Marketing Planning to support the Global Head of Marketing and the overall marketing unit, this role will provide insights & analytics, project management support and comprehensive monitoring of key scorecard areas.
You will also be providing visionary leadership to a team of two executives, guiding them in tracking business and marketing metrics. This role will require you to collaborate with internal and external parties, including but not limited to Revenue Management Department Business Intelligence teams, Digital Solutions, Procurement, Creative and Global Marketing on marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Key Accountability
Manage and monitor progress on internal strategic projects within the team, ensuring they meet established timelines and objectives.
Implement and manage advanced analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze the performance of key marketing campaigns.
Create and maintain of comprehensive dashboards providing real-time insights into business and digital marketing metrics.
Assist the Head of Department in setting targets for global campaigns, monitor performance and collaborate with relevant region, station or channel teams to optimize based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
Facilitate monthly (or as and when required) station catch-ups to review POS performance including IBE metrics
Spearhead best practices and SOPs for marketing operations and workflow
Analyze and track all marketing scorecard areas including spend & ROI analysis across channels
Develop accurate and insightful performance forecasts on marketing metrics to inform budget allocation, identifying areas for improvement and resource planning for marketing initiatives.
Qualification & Experience
Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Finance or a related field would be preferable
Years of Experience : 5 – 8 years of experience in experience in Data & Analytics, experience within the Travel industry will be an advantage
Areas of Experience
Solid understanding of overall media landscape and marketing channels
Excellent analytical skills and understanding of numbers and correlations of metrics
Proficiency in advanced data analytics and visualization tools, e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Power BI or similar platforms.
Proficient in SQL and MS Excel
Able to provide strategic, tactical, and analytic direction to initiatives to help market the products & and services
