• Ensure all assigned areas are maintained in accordance with established cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.
• Ensure all standards of cleanliness, grooming, and personal hygiene are maintained by the housekeeping staff under his/her supervision.
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Room Attendants and other housekeeping staff during duty hours.
• Inspect guestrooms, corridors, and service areas regularly to ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and set up according to hotel standards.
• Report and document any maintenance defects, damages, or repairs required, and follow up with the Engineering/Maintenance team to ensure timely completion.
• Collect, document, and forward all guest Lost & Found items from Room Attendants in compliance with hotel procedures.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of service areas, housekeeping pantries, and storage rooms.
• Provide training, guidance, and on-the-job supervision to Room Attendants to ensure compliance with grooming, conduct, and service standards.
• Attend to guest requests promptly and handle complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Initiate and maintain effective communication within the Housekeeping Department and with other departments as required.
• Maintain accurate records, including inspection checklists, defect reports, and housekeeping logbooks, for submission to the Room Division Executive.
• Ensure adequate supply of cleaning materials, linen, and guest supplies in service areas; request replenishment when necessary.
• Support in staff scheduling, duty rosters, and allocation of work to maximize efficiency and coverage.
• Monitor adherence to safety, security, and sanitation policies, including proper use and handling of chemicals and equipment.
• Participate in daily briefings and departmental meetings to stay updated on operational priorities.
• Assist in periodic deep cleaning programs and special projects as directed by the Room Division Executive.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Room Division Executive or his/her representatives.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
