Basic Function

Provide technician level support to Production Operations and Engineering personnel. Support the resolution to SAG tickets and GEMBA level tasks affecting manufacturing order completion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Support daily production issues related to product or production equipment issues that arise and prevent completion of a production order.

2. Responsible for monitoring the performance of production equipment as well as testing and implementing upgrades and enhancements to equipment and fixtures.

3. Support facilities by assisting with maintenance of production equipment on PM system.

4. Create and update operating procedures and other documentation for production area of responsibility as needed.

5. Assemble, calibrate, and test electromechanical equipment (e.g. assembly, calibration and test fixtures) with direction.

6. Conduct tests to analyze and troubleshoot product and equipment failures.

7. Participate in daily Gemba review information to review production performance.

8. Participate in Company continuous improvement and quality improvement initiatives

9. Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,237.15 per month
