Backend Engineering

Platform Development

Agentic AI

Internal Developer Productivity

Half of your time will focus on evolving and supporting business-critical internal platforms.

The other half?

Helping shape how AI is deployed, managed, and scaled across one of the world's most sophisticated engineering organisations.

They're looking for someone who:

• Loves building platforms that other engineers depend on
• Gets excited about AI beyond the hype cycle
• Can take external tools and turn them into robust internal products
• Enjoys solving problems around scale, reliability and developer experience
• Has strong Python experience (Go and/or Rust are highly valued)
