We are looking for a driven and commercially savvy Solution Sales Manager focusing on Hybrid Multi-Cloud and infrastructure solutions. You will act as the bridge between customers, internal teams, and technology partners, owning the end-to-end sales cycle while shaping competitive, scalable infrastructure and cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales opportunities from qualification through to deal closure
- Position and sell hybrid multi-cloud solutions, including servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms
- Engage customers to understand infrastructure needs, workloads, and transformation goals
- Develop solution designs, bill of materials, and pricing in collaboration with presales and partners
- Work with vendors and distributors to secure competitive pricing and technical alignment
- Manage internal stakeholders to ensure compliant and timely deal submissions
- Support commercial structuring, negotiations, and contract processes
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
- Identify cross-sell opportunities across cloud and managed services
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in solution sales in multi-cloud environments and infrastructure solutions (servers, storage, virtualization)
- Proven ability to manage complex solution sales cycles end-to-end
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
