An Account Assistant plays an important role in supporting the finance and accounting department in daily operations. The ideal candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work accurately with financial data.
Job Scope:
- Handle daily accounting tasks such as data entry for invoices, payments, and receipts
- Assist in maintaining proper and updated financial records
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare and issue invoices, payment vouchers, and related documents
- Perform basic bank reconciliation and ensure records match statements
- Assist in monthly closing activities and financial reporting
- Organize and maintain proper filing of accounting documents
- Assist auditors by preparing required financial information when needed
- Ensure all accounting records are accurate, complete, and properly documented
- Perform general administrative support for the finance department

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
