Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business and stakeholder requirements
• Connect to multiple data sources (e.g., SQL Server, Azure, Excel, APIs) and perform data extraction, integration, and transformation
• Build and optimize data models (e.g., star schema, relationships) for efficient reporting and scalability
• Develop DAX measures, calculations, and KPIs to support business insights and decision-making
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and ETL processes using Power Query
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and report performance optimization
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and manage user access controls
• Manage datasets, schedule refreshes, and maintain reports within Power BI Service

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in Power BI / Business Intelligence / Data Analytics roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (Desktop & Service)
• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling techniques
• Experience working with SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with Azure data services (preferred)
• Strong understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
