About the Role
Macro Corporate Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales / Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on promoting our AI seminar programs, engaging with potential participants, and converting leads into successful seminar enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and introduce the company's AI seminar programs to prospective participants.
- Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails.
- Convert inquiries into successful seminar registrations.
- Explain seminar benefits, objectives, and value proposition clearly to potential participants.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
- Maintain and update sales records and lead databases.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Malaysian citizen.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Confident in interacting with clients and potential participants.
- Sales, telemarketing, customer service, or business development experience is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
