Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Ensure the counter area is always neat, well-organized, clean, and presentable.
- Ensure all counter equipment is functioning properly and report any issues.
- Monitor and replenish product stock at the counter when necessary.
Requirements:
- SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Aged 18 and above, and a Malaysian citizen.
- Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented in handling transactions and monitoring stock.
- Good communication skills to interact with customers.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willing to work in Jelutong, Penang.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
