Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
• Handle cash transactions accurately.
• Ensure the counter area is always neat, well-organized, clean, and presentable.
• Ensure all counter equipment is functioning properly and report any issues.
• Monitor and replenish product stock at the counter when necessary.

Requirements:

• SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Aged 18 and above, and a Malaysian citizen.
• Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented in handling transactions and monitoring stock.
• Good communication skills to interact with customers.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Willing to work in Jelutong, Penang.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
