What does the job consist?

Purpose

Responsible for production equipment, quality of output, on-time delivery, improvement, quality, safety and housekeeping in the manufacturing line to manufacture high quality SOI and Refresh products for Customers with the objective of ensuring smooth business operations within department guidelines and corporate policies.

Responsibilities

• Production Equipment
• Operate production equipment in assigned area perform basic maintenance in one tool group to manufacture high quality SOI and Refresh products.
• Quality and Quantity of Output
• Execute operations according to SOP and actively do NC prevention to ensure no non-conformance and wafer scrap.
• On-time Delivery
• Monitor and expedite all production lots, WIP control in the production line, plan for output according to MMP requirements to achieve minimum cycle time and meet the daily plan outputs to meet customers’ demand.
• Basic Process Stability
• Monitor basic tool process stability in 1 process group, able to follow a sequence of qualifications to put tool back into production after maintenance / sustaining intervention to sustain and improve on the overall quality of wafers produced.
• Quality
• Perform routine control checks, follow up with necessary corrective actions and ensure production equipment is in good working condition to ensure the quality of products and services.
• Improvement
• Participate in improvement activities and trainings assigned to improve overall standard of work.
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

Requirements

• NITEC or ‘O’ / ‘A’ levels with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Basic computer skills, basic knowledge of cleanroom environment / protocol.
• Good communication skills, good team player.
• Able to work on day / night 12-hour shift as required.
