Key Responsibilities
1. Immigration & Employment Pass (EP) Management
- Handle end-to-end processing of Employment Pass (EP), visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities and agencies to ensure compliance with immigration requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to expatriate employees.
2. Portal Management & Compliance
- Experience in handling ESD (Expatriate Services Division) and MDEC portals for submission and tracking of applications.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required documentation.
3. Local HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, including the Employment Act 1955.
- Manage employee records in accordance with statutory and internal requirements.
4. HR Generalist Functions
- Manage end-to-end onboarding process, including offer letter preparation and documentation.
- Willing and able to travel to China to negotiate employment offers and provide relocation support and onboarding assistance for skilled employees during international transfers.
- Oversee leave management and ensure proper tracking of employee timesheets.
- Support payroll processing by preparing and verifying salary inputs.
- Handle employee separation processes, including resignation, termination, and exit formalities.
