Job Title: Scrum Master & Project Coordinator (Open for Malaysians)

Experience: 7 Years

Employment Type: 1 year contract

Location: TRX, KL

Salary: up to RM10500

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Scrum Master & Project Coordinator to manage Agile teams, ensure smooth project execution, and drive timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams while fostering Agile best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)

Guide and coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices

Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and activities

Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans

Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams

Remove blockers to ensure smooth team workflow

Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates

Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement

Ensure effective communication across cross-functional teams

Primary Requirements

7 years experience as Scrum Master / Project Coordinator

Strong knowledge of Agile & Scrum methodologies

Experience in managing software development projects

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)

Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools

Basic understanding of SDLC

Experience with cross-functional or distributed teams
