Responsibilities：

Provide support to system upgrades (PC and Windows upgrade), installing PCs, relocation and office tools.

Event, meeting and conference support – AV system support

Respond to customer requests via phone and email in a timely and accurate manner

Analyze and troubleshoot customer hardware and software problems

Account creation and termination

Update of IT inventory

Shift duty maybe required if necessary
