We are in the course of expanding our retail properties into a diversified portfolio comprising community shopping malls and high street shops. The Job

Assist in planning and implementing preventive maintenance programs for building services systems (electrical, HVAC, fire services, lifts, etc.).

Coordinate and monitor routine maintenance and repair works to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Support troubleshooting and arrange corrective actions for building services issues.

Assist in managing maintenance contracts and monitoring contractor performance.

Prepare cost estimates and assist in budgeting for building services repair and improvement works.

Supervise site works to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, and company guidelines.

Liaise with internal departments to execute engineering modifications or alterations as required.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance reports.

Provide technical advice and recommendations on building services systems.

Support project handover and defect rectification for new developments and installations.

The Person

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.

Registered Professional Engineer or equivalent certification.

Membership in relevant professional bodies (e.g., HKIE).

Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in building services maintenance, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Proven experience in managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs, contract administration, and project management.

Strong technical knowledge of electrical, HVAC, fire services, and lift systems.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Good budgeting and cost control ability.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in emergency situations.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
