The Human Resources Executive supports the day-to-day delivery of HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, HR systems management, and employee engagement activities. The role works closely with the HR team members to ensure accurate documentation, smooth HR processes, and a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:-
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for junior-level and entry-level positions.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Prepare onboarding documents and coordinate pre-employment requirements.
- Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding sessions.
- Manage employee lifecycle documentation, including confirmations, transfers, promotions, salary changes, contract renewals, and separations.
- Support off-boarding activities and exit administration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records, physical and on HRIS database.
- Manage HR trackers and administrative databases.
- Monitor HR records and update systems to reflect employee movements.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities in partnership with the People Committee.
- Support company events, employee recognition initiatives, and wellness programs.
- Assist in gathering employee feedback and supporting engagement initiatives.
- Respond to employee enquiries and provide administrative HR support.
- Assist with HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Qualification & Experience Required:-
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or HR Administration.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
