Develop and manage the company Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring its continuing suitability and effective in supporting the company business and operations need.
Implements and maintain the quality system in compliance to the requirements and standards set by the International Organization for Standards (ISO).
Reviews and maintains the company quality and procedure manuals.
Conduct internal audit on company Quality Management System to ensure company Quality System adhere to quality standard.
Acts as the liaison officer for the Company as and when there is internal or external audit conducted by the certification body, internal auditor or customer. Follow up with respective department to implement necessary corrective action after the audit.
Implements and coordinates the vendor qualification program with Business unit and procurement departments to establish a pool of reliable vendors/partners.
Provide leadership roles in Quality functions (Customer Satisfaction/Quality System, Software Quality Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Manufacturing Quality) driving toward Quality Goal and Objectives.
Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) awareness training to staff.
Participate in tender on QA specification.
Conduct audit on customer onboarding.
Assist in customer audit.
Conduct regular QA meeting and other QA matters in Cyber BA
Manage the Documentation Control Center (DCC), oversee the DCC procedures and documents.
Be the Continuous Improvement (CI) lead to drive CI initiatives and activities. To drive efficiency, improve quality, and value delivery thru incremental improvements to systems, processes, products or services.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role
Certification of quality control (ISO 9000 etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Office application
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Great attention to detail and a result driven approach
Knowledgeable in audit methodology.
Competent report writing ability with a good command of the English language both in speaking and writing areas.
Ability to work as a team and independently, with minimum guidance.
Ability to learn new and upgrade relevant skillsets, continuously.
Strong drive and determination to achieve the goals set.
