Job Responsibilities

• Create and manage test work orders, outsourced wafer cutting work orders, and sorting work orders based on operational requirements.
• Generate and process receiving orders for items returned from testing, cutting, and sorting activities.
• Prepare and execute shipping orders for internal material withdrawals and sample shipments, and issue delivery notice orders for outbound customer shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by organizing, inputting, and validating warehouse documentation, ensuring alignment between system data and physical stock.
• Conduct regular inventory counts, compile inventory reports, and perform necessary stock adjustments.
• Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely execution of tasks.
• Perform additional duties and special assignments as assigned by management.
