Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Singapore

Experience: 4–8 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for a Scrum Master with 4–8 years of experience to support Agile delivery and drive collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Remove blockers and impediments impacting team delivery
• Track and manage sprint progress, deliverables, and team performance
• Promote clear communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders
• Act as a buffer between the team and external pressures to maintain delivery focus
• Ensure Agile and Scrum best practices are followed across the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with business, development, and support teams for smooth execution
• Drive continuous improvement and team productivity

Required Skills:

• 4–8 years of experience as Scrum Master
• Strong working knowledge of Azure Cloud
• Hands-on experience managing Agile/Scrum delivery
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated with good decision-making abilities

Good to Have:

• Databricks knowledge or experience
• Prior Banking/Financial Services domain experience
• Experience working in distributed or global teams
