Oversee and ensure timely execution of Inbound, Outbound, and Value-Added Services (VAS) operations, aligning with customer volume trends and sales initiatives to support a smooth supply chain to local stores.
Manage team performance and workload to ensure the operations team delivers services effectively and efficiently.
Closely track daily operations and proactively implement measures to improve and exceed KPI targets.
Monitor operational volumes and activities to ensure optimal use of facilities and resources, maintaining a consistently efficient distribution center.
Fulfill responsibilities in compliance with company policies on health, safety, and regulatory standards
Make informed decisions based on data analysis and operational insights.
Accountable for achieving KPIs within agreed lead times.
Maintain strong communication with customers, transporters, and suppliers to uphold high service levels, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely execution of operational plans and forecasts.
Lead, mentor, and support team development through continuous improvement initiatives, training programs, and setting quality targets.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by immediate supervisors.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years experience in 3PL airfreight warehouse operation
Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, SAP and WMS
Possess good communication skills with both internal and external customers.
