Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Multimedia Designer located in Petaling Jaya, with some work-from-home flexibility. We are seeking a versatile and passionate Multimedia Designer to conceptualise, design, and produce a wide array of digital assets. You will be the visual storyteller for our brand, responsible for creating compelling content that captivates our audience across all digital touchpoints from concept to delivery. Your work will directly impact a diverse range of projects, from digital campaigns to physical exhibitions, event and permanent gallery.

Key Responsibilities

• Brainstorming with cross-functional teams to develop innovative creative strategies, and create detailed storyboards and mockups to visualize project ideas effectively.
• Design and Produce multimedia content, including graphics, animations, videos, audio elements and presentations, for various communications channels.
• Producing a wide array of high-quality digital assets and support the development.
• Proficiency in specialised design software (E.g. Adobe creative suite, illustration, photoshop, AI tools (Midjournery) ) to create polished, professional work.
• Apply your versatile design skills across various business segments, including digital campaigns, exhibitions, galleries, and live events.
• Maintain production timelines, ensuring all assigned milestones are met on schedule. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, coordinating assets and communicating clearly iwth all stakeholders.
• Work closely with project managers, writers, and content creators in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Lead creative review sessions, understand the objectives from various stakeholders, and iterate on impactful visual to ensure final deliverables meet objectives.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiples projects under tight deadlines.
• Support the broader team with versatile tasks, including illustration, photo editing, and on-site event support.
