Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and preview incoming life insurance applications for completeness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Underwriting and Distribution to obtain necessary medical reports and underwriting decisions.
  • Liaise with Distribution teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance with sales procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Track and monitor application progress to ensure timely processing and approval.
  • Communicate effectively with insurance intermediaries and internal departments regarding application status and requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of application reviews and correspondence.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, product features, and company policies related to life insurance underwriting and sales.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in life insurance underwriting, case management, or a related role is preferred.
  • Experience in HNW field is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of medical underwriting procedures and insurance regulations in Hong Kong.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills in Cantonese and English.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of relevant compliance and sales practices.
