Role Purpose:
This role leads the delivery and support of regional ERP and Retail Systems across Asia, ensuring stable operations, timely project execution, and strong collaboration among business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors. Acting as both a functional and technical bridge, the role connects supply chain, merchandising, eCommerce, and store operations to support an O+O (Offline + Online) business model. Through reliable systems and innovative solution delivery, the role contributes directly to the organization’s transformation journey while putting a smile on customers’ faces.
A typical day in this Role:
Lead the delivery and support of our key systems & domains, including
- Oracle Retail (RMS / Retek) supporting core merchandising and retail operations
- Our platform for demand planning and inventory optimization
- Supplier Portal facilitating supplier integration and transactional workflows
- Promotion System supporting promotional planning, execution, and analysis
Application & System Ownership: Own, support, and continuously improve ERP and Retail platforms, ensuring system stability, scalability, and alignment with business operations across supply chain, merchandising, eCommerce, and store environments, with a strong customer‑focused mindset.
Project & Change Delivery: Lead and coordinate regional change requests, enhancements, and rollout projects using a scientific and data‑driven approach; manage sprint CR intake, prioritization, and delivery with developers, business analysts, and vendors to support both offline and online business needs.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Collaborate as our way of working with regional business teams to align system behavior with operational requirements; engage external vendors and partners on solution design, defect resolution, and deployment readiness, ensuring outcomes that enhance customer experience.
Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead a cross‑functional delivery team across multiple workstreams; ensure delivery quality, knowledge sharing, and mentoring on system logic, data flows, and support best practices to enable sustainable and customer‑centric solutions.
Success will depend on:
Strong Technical skill on development with SQL, and PL/SQL. Preferrable to have knowledge on Oracle Form.
Strong hands‑on knowledge of retail ERP / supply‑chain systems.
Solid understanding of inventory, PO, RTW, SOH, pricing and cost flows.
Proven experience leading Regional IT Delivery Teams like regional system rollouts, enhancements, and support models.
Strong system analysis skill on Application design and problem-solving skills with ability to handle high-impact production issues.
Able to communicate clearly with business users, senior stakeholders and vendors.
Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.
