Purpose & Impact
ASW is on a multi‑year cloud modernisation journey, with Oracle Cloud ERP (Finance) and HCM operating as enterprise‑critical platforms across regions. This role exists to protect release quality and business continuity as Oracle delivers mandatory quarterly and frequent monthly SaaS updates. By strengthening regression assurance and release readiness across all regions and projects, this role directly contributes to stable operations, and putting a smile on customers’ faces—by ensuring Finance and People systems work reliably, consistently, and without disruption at scale.
Core Capabilities You Will Apply Daily:
Enterprise Release Quality Assurance: Apply a customer‑focused mindset to centrally coordinate regression testing for Oracle Cloud ERP (Finance) and HCM across regions, ensuring consistent quality in an O+O business environment.
End‑to‑End Regression Coverage: Use a scientific and data‑driven approach to validate functional, integration, security, and reporting impacts from quarterly and monthly Oracle SaaS updates.
Cross‑Team Test Coordination: Collaborate as a way of working with delivery teams, vendors, and regional stakeholders to align test scope, execution, and evidence under fixed release timelines.
Release Readiness & Risk Management: Act as the quality counterpart to the Release Manager, providing structured risk assessment and readiness insights to strengthen go / no‑go confidence.
Defect & Quality Insights Management: Drive disciplined defect management, test reporting, and trend analysis using enterprise tools to reduce production incidents and improve release outcomes.
Reusable Test Asset Optimisation: Build and maintain reusable, critical business regression scenarios across Finance and HCM to improve efficiency and consistency across releases and projects.
What This Role Suits In You:
You are someone who consistently demonstrates:
Strong hands‑on capability in testing Oracle Cloud ERP (Finance) and/or Oracle HCM
A structured, detail‑oriented mindset with high ownership of quality outcomes
Confidence working across complex, multi‑region and multi‑vendor environments
Solid understanding of end‑to‑end Finance and/or HCM business processes
Clear and effective communication with technical and business stakeholders
Curiosity and openness to leveraging test automation and modern QA practices
What Drives Success In This Role:
Success depends on consistently demonstrates:
Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud quarterly update cycles and regression risk areas
Strong coordination skills to align testing across parallel change streams and regions
Disciplined defect management and evidence‑based test reporting

Ability to remain focused, precise, and delivery‑driven under fixed release timelines
Collaborative partnership with Release Managers, Test Leads, and business teams
