We're looking for a single engineer to own all technical operations for the affiliate management of a Malaysian ecommerce platform on behalf of our agency (Employee Number Zero LLC).

You will handle:

• Application monitoring and uptime
• Bug triage and resolution via GitHub Issues
• Supabase database maintenance (backups, integrity checks, schema)
• n8n Automation workflow and third-party integration maintenance
• Minor feature development and site changes
• Security patches and incident notification within 24 hours
• Client communication via Discord and WhatsApp during work hours

SLA you're accountable for:

• P1 (critical): respond in 2 hours, resolve in 4 business hours
• P2 (high): respond in 4 hours, resolve in 2 business days
• P3 (medium): respond in 8 hours, resolve in 5 business days

Required:

• Supabase and PostgreSQL
• React JavaScript / TypeScript
• REST APIs and webhooks
• Git / GitHub
• Automation tools (n8n)
• Strong written English

Malaysian public holidays observed.
All work product belongs to the client.
You report directly to the agency lead.
Claude Code will be provided but to be used with caution

Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
