YOUR ROLE
- Involved in facilities project management in various stages; initiation, planning, execution, closure and effectiveness
- Involved in project reporting and documentation
- Involved in project meeting with various stakeholders including generating discussion note and follow-up for related actions.
- Involved in other facilities operation and maintenance if required
- Supporting Project Managers in project execution activities at site
- Degree in engineering, science or similar
- Experience in project management
- Extensive knowledge of excel, office suite..;
- English proficiency
