Key Responsibilities:

• To provide excellent, efficient and consistent level of service to customer, such as courteous greetings to customer, presenting menu, up selling, recommending orders and taking customer’s order.
• Required to attend and respond to customers’ needs/enquiries promptly and professionally.
• To follow and abide to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
• Master product knowledge of all SKU.
• To perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning etc.
• Maintain high personal appearance/grooming, hygiene standards, tidiness and cleanliness in the outlet.
• Maintain good communication & working relationships with colleagues for achieving teamwork
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by person(s) nominated by The Company

Requirements:

• Possess good work ethics, positive attitude, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills and sales-oriented mindset.
• Able to commit to rotating shifts including weekend/Public Holiday.
• Ability to stand for long hours and great aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment.
