TeleSale Professional (Inbound Only) – GLC Contract Position

Join a reputable Government-Linked Company (GLC) and kick-start your career in customer service. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as no prior experience is required. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally
• Provide information and assistance to customers
• Resolve inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues
• Support basic troubleshooting and customer service requests

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• No working experience required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Employment Details:

• Basic Salary + Retention Incentive
• Contract Duration: 7 months (until 31 December 2026)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Work Location: Menara Prudential, Kuala Lumpur (next to TRX Exchange)
