TeleSale Professional (Inbound Only) – GLC Contract Position

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally
- Provide information and assistance to customers
- Resolve inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues
- Support basic troubleshooting and customer service requests
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- No working experience required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Employment Details:
- Basic Salary + Retention Incentive
- Contract Duration: 7 months (until 31 December 2026)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Work Location: Menara Prudential, Kuala Lumpur (next to TRX Exchange)
