Job Description

Responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
  • Handle pricing, promotions, and stock updates.
  • Monitor online sales performance.
  • Coordinate delivery, customer orders, and returns.
  • Analyze online customer behavior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in managing Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, or other e-commerce platforms is an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of online sales, digital marketing, and marketplace operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and responsible in handling product listings and customer orders.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or content creation tools is an added advantage.
  • Willing to learn and adapt to the fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketplace advertising (Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions).
  • Basic skills in data analysis and sales reporting.
  • Familiarity with inventory and order management systems.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
