About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Assistant to support the execution of promotional and business events for an international organization. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, recruiting audiences, managing event logistics, conducting market research, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth project operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Project coordination → Support the planning and implementation of project activities and events.
- Audience recruitment → Assist in attracting participants for large-scale promotional events in 2026.
- Stakeholder communication → Coordinate with government agencies, business chambers, associations, media partners, and corporations.
- Event logistics → Organize market visits, outreach programs, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Market research → Compile intelligence reports to support project objectives.
- Business matching → Manage schedules and logistics for networking meetings.
- Documentation & reporting → Maintain records, prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Provide administrative and operational support for project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, event support, administration, or customer engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Flexibility to work beyond office hours (when required) to support project activities and events
Pay: RM5,500.00 per month
