Job Description

1. To attend to customer quality related feedback, request, reports and audit

2. To coordinate customer and relevant quality related audits

3. 8D report generation and follow-up on committed action until actions are closed

4. To verify customer qualification lots

5. To work on internal production line issues and identify areas of improvement

6. To manage incoming, in process and outgoing quality processes, standards and requirements

7. To replicate & setup quality management system (QMS) both quality control and quality assurance; ISO9000 & ISO14000 and get the local certification in near future. Familiar with the requirements of VDA6.3 / IATF 16949 automotive quality standards

Job Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Science discipline.

· Fresh graduate or 1-2 years related experience in Semiconductor manufacturing background or relevant experience from other industry

· Good understanding about quality management system

· Familiar with 8D, Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other Problem-Solving skills

· Self-motivated, possess initiative and ability to work independently to execute the actions in fast paced environment

· Team player, can-do attitude, strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and report writing skills

· Ability to listen / read / write/ speak Mandarin is a MUST for dealing with China headquarter personnel directly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
