• Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
• Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
• Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
• Overseeing the running of several projects
• Using construction management software packages to plan smooth workflows
• Communicating with a range of people including the client, subcontractors, suppliers, the public and the workforce
• Enquiry/Quotation/Document Submission
• Maintain detailed documentation
• Monitor project progress, compliance with design specifications.
• Prepare Follow-up Project List for All Sales Person.
• Prepare for ISO (Key in, Filing & Chop – Enquiry/Quotation & Follow-up Project)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
