• Overall Responsibilities

To assist the Production Supervisor in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the plant, maintaining production quality, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.

Main Tasks / Accountabilities

• To operate, monitor, and adjust plant equipment (valves, pumps, compressors, furnaces, control panels) to ensure smooth production flow and maintain required process variables (temperature, pressure, flow, vacuum, chemical levels).
• To review processing schedules, operating logs, oil sample test results, and laboratory recommendations; adjust operations to achieve specified product quality and quantity.
• To conduct routine inspections, patrols, and equipment checks to detect malfunctions (e.g., leaks, breakages, faulty valves) and perform minor maintenance, cleaning, or lubrication as needed.
• To record operating data accurately (gauges, flowmeters, temperatures, pressures) and compile reports for production tracking and compliance purposes.
• To sample and test products for chemical and physical characteristics; ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• To support the Shift Supervisor by carrying out assigned duties, including troubleshooting, product treatment, and safe execution of plant operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
