Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding Employment Pass (EP), work permit, visa, and related hiring matters.
Assist clients throughout the employee onboarding and immigration process, ensuring all documentation and requirements are completed accurately and on time.
Coordinate with clients to collect, verify, and submit required documents for EP applications, renewals, cancellations, and related processes.
Provide timely updates to clients on application statuses, requirements, and timelines.
Liaise with relevant government authorities, agencies, and internal teams to facilitate smooth processing of employment-related applications.
Maintain accurate records of client information, application progress, and documentation.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Ensure compliance with immigration regulations, labor laws, and company procedures.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and effective communication.
Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with experience in customer service, client servicing, HR operations, immigration, or administrative support are preferred.
Proficient in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, as the role requires frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking clients from China.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
