Source and prepare all information and documentation related to tender submissions, for participation in tender exercise.
Prepare bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off and materials sourcing.
Obtains, compiles, and evaluates quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers according to tender requirements, and follows up on timely submission of quotations.
Handle contract administration
Source and negotiate for sub-contractors and supplier terms and fees in compliance with requirements and time schedules.
Prepare Letter of Award and work orders.
Prepare interim progress claims, Variation Orders, and final account with client.
Certify interim progress claims and final accounts for payment to sub-contractors.
What we're looking for
Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying or construction-related discipline
Willing to relocate to Singapore for this position
Minimum 3 to 5 years’ work experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
Good contractual knowledge and administration
Meticulous and detail-oriented
Good organization skills, and able to multi-task
Good written communication skills in English
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently, and under pressure, to meet deadlines.
Able to coordinate/communicate with the project team.
