Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales reps to identify customer needs and technical requirements
• Deliver product demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs)
• Translate complex technical features into business value for customers
• Design and propose customized solutions based on client use cases
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams
• Provide pre-sales technical consultation and post-sales handoff
• Stay updated on product features, competitors, and industry trends

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
