About the Role

As a Programme Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Programme Control Tower, ensuring effective requirements management, governance oversight, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end traceability across multiple workstreams.

You will work closely with programme leadership, business stakeholders, project teams, and delivery partners to drive consistency, governance excellence, and successful programme outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Capture, document, analyse, and manage business requirements across multiple programme workstreams.

Maintain end-to-end Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) from initiation through business-as-usual (BAU) handover.

Develop and maintain programme governance artefacts, including:

• Terms of Reference (ToR)
• RACI Matrices
• Programme Glossary
• Steering Committee & Gate Review Decks

Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, persona definition sessions, and customer journey mapping exercises.

Support workstream Business Analysts by establishing standards, templates, governance processes, and quality assurance reviews.

Track programme dependencies, risks, assumptions, issues, and change requests.

Collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple regions, time zones, and cultural environments.

Support programme governance forums including:

• Steering Committees
• Architecture Review Boards (ARB)
• Change Advisory Boards (CAB)

Required Experience

5+ years of Business Analysis experience within large-scale technology transformation programmes.

Proven experience managing requirements across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Strong workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills.

Experience working within regulated industries such as:

• Banking & Financial Services
• Government
• Energy & Utilities
• Pharmaceuticals
• Healthcare
• Telecommunications

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience working within globally distributed teams and multinational environments.

Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills.
