Full Time Quality Assurance Engineer Jobs, in United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Review Fab process/ recipe change report, ensure change risk has been addressed and review process follows internal defined procedure.
• Communicate with customer on PCN and ensure all customer requests are well fulfilled,
• Review FMEA / Control Plan and ensure the format fulfill internal SOP as well as AIAG standard.
• Lead or participate in project for productivity, daily job & work process improvement & quality system enhancement
• Independently drive fab abnormal handling, customer handling, such as assist in fault investigation and special requirement
• Other assignment by manager, such as : support 2nd/3rd parties audit, cross site activity, coach junior team member, etc. .

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in wafer foundry or backend IC packaging process, integration or PCN QA
• Strong skill in communication and negotiation
• Well know AIAG-VAD FMEA and control plan is a plus
