• ISO Management System and ISO Document control.Ensure proper documentation of corrective actions, safety drills, and risk mitigation activities.
• Support in the creation, updating and maintenance of ISO-approved written work procedures in the documentary system, complies with the organization and management rules.
• Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure all quality control procedures are followed. This includes conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits of facilities and work processes.
• Maintain quality and safety records and present the performance metrics to senior management , regulatory bodies, and external audits.
• Conduct incidents, accidents, and near-misses investigation. Ensure corrective actions are implemented to prevent reoccurrence.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging staff to actively participate in identifying potential risks and quality concerns.
• In-charge of building maintenance, ensure our buildings are in safe and good working condition. This includes carry out daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly maintenance check
• Ability to source suppliers that can provide best cost and quality service to our needs (eletrical / airconditioning / plumbing / roofing / recycling / waste / CCTV etc)
• To manage and maintain high service quality from all building service suppliers.
• Ability to attend to maintenance or emergency situation work on site office during rest day or off day to collaborate and supervise site repair work by supplier in accordance to our premise standard and service required. Replacement leave shall be arrange during such situation or arrangement (ie. Fire alarm triggered / contractor repair work )
• To be part of the IS/QSS team to support Malaysia IS team from time to time if Singapore IS is unable to resolve issues remotely
• To assist in IS activities from time to time that cannot be completed remotely
• Salary range between MYR4500-MYR5000

Qualification

• Degree in IT technology and related field study
• High Proficiency in Microsoft Office application, good computer hardware knowledge, good networking knowledge, well verse in Malaysia & Singapore ISO standard, basic project management skills
• Certifite ISO Internal Auditor
• Physcial able body
• Good communicator to all stakeholder
