1. Develop and update quality-related PPAP documentation (e.g., MSA, CP, SIP, SPC, GRR, etc.)

2. Follow up and handle quality issues during both new and existing product development and production processes

3. Analyze and verify product inspection methods and standards, and update them regularly

4. Supervise the creation of process limit samples and ensure the effectiveness of error-proofing jigs or measurement tools

5. Conduct regular MSA and daily maintenance for measuring tools used by IPQC;

6. Coordinate product audits and follow up on corrective actions for any non-conformities;

7. Analyze and evaluate product quality and stability based on inspection data

8. Handle or lead customer complaint meetings, follow up on corrective actions, and submit 8D reports;

9. Plan and implement quality knowledge training for internal staff.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
