SALES ASSISTANT / PHARMACIST ASSISTANT

Locations:

• BIG PHARMACY BANGSAR

Job Highlights

• Gross Salary: RM1900 – RM2,400
• Working Days: 5 days/week
• Off Days: 2 days/week

Requirements

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Minimum education: SPM / Diploma / Degree
• Candidates with pharmacy, retail, or clinic experience are encouraged to apply

Tugasan / Tanggungjawab (Latihan Disediakan)Customer Counseling / Kaunseling Pelanggan

• Provide information and friendly guidance on medications and supplements.
• Memberi maklumat dan kaunseling perubatan dengan pendekatan mesra.

Health Screening / Pemeriksaan Kesihatan

• Assist in basic health checks such as blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, and uric acid.
• Membantu dalam pemeriksaan kesihatan asas pelanggan.

Stock & Inventory Management / Pengurusan Stok & Inventori

• Receive and store stock efficiently.
• Practise FEFO (First Expired, First Out) and FIFO (First In, First Out) systems.
• Mengurus stok dengan sistem FEFO/FIFO dan memastikan kawalan stok yang efektif.

Customer Feedback / Maklum Balas Pelanggan

• Address inquiries and handle complaints professionally.
• Memberi respon terhadap pertanyaan dan aduan pelanggan secara profesional.

Product Display & Promotion / Paparan Produk & Promosi

• Ensure pricing and promotional materials are correctly displayed.
• Memastikan harga dan promosi dikemas kini dengan baik.

Payment Handling / Transaksi Pembayaran

• Operate POS system for cash and card payments accurately.
• Mengendalikan mesin pembayaran dengan tepat dan cepat.
