Job Summary
The Executive, Human Resources is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions. While the role is a generalist in nature covering recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR operations. A strong emphasis is placed on payroll administration and statutory compliance. The incumbent must be detail-oriented, hands-on, and capable of managing end-to-end HR processes independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing for approximately 30 employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF, etc.).
- Manage full HR cycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and HR compliance.
- Maintain and update HR records, HRIS, and staff personal files with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide advice and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Liaise with statutory bodies, external auditors, and government agencies on HR and payroll matters.
- Assist management in HR-related reporting, budgeting, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in HR generalist roles with solid hands-on experience in payroll.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
- Good command of HR systems, Microsoft Excel, and payroll software.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage HR functions independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
