Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Structural Project Manager to oversee site operations, manage project timelines, and ensure structural works are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Site Management

• Oversee and manage daily site progress to ensure work is on schedule
• Plan and manage project timelines, manpower, resources, and budgets
• Monitor site teams and contractors to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Maintain daily site records including progress tracking and photo documentation

Cost & Contract Management

• Review and verify Bill of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and tender documents
• Liaise with suppliers to request and compare quotations
• Report cost comparisons and recommendations to management

Coordination with QS & Stakeholders

• Work closely with Quantity Surveyors on Progress claims, Valuations and certifications
• Ensure all Variation Orders (VOs) are properly evaluated, documented, and approved
• Support cost analysis for materials, subcontractors, and suppliers

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and local authority requirements
• Monitor workmanship quality and structural integrity
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in construction
• Strong exposure to structural works (MUST HAVE)
• Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or high-rise projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent

Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong knowledge of structural systems, materials, and construction methods
• Familiar with local authority requirements and construction regulations
• Good understanding of BQ, tendering, and cost control

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Results-driven with strong accountability
