Responsibilities
- Manage and execute TikTok live sessions to drive sales and engagement.
- Create, shoot, edit and publish daily TikTok content.
- Monitor TikTok performance, trends and analytics for continuous growth.
- Develop promotional campaigns, live strategies and content ideas.
- Grow TikTok followers, engagement and brand awareness in Sabah.
- Coordinate with internal teams, hosts and influencers for campaign execution.
- Support monthly sales targets through content and live conversion.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as informed by superior/management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing/ Business/ E-Commerce or any relevant field.
- Experience in TikTok Live, TikTok Shop or Social Media Marketing is preferred.
- Strong understanding of TikTok algorithms, audience behavior and trends.
- Comfortable on camera; hosting skills are an advantage.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, VN or similar tools).
- Creative, proactive and sales-oriented mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6-12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
