• Assign and coordinate service, repair, breakdown, and mobile site jobs to mechanics based on their skills and capabilities.
• Arrange vehicle servicing and repairs, issue job orders, and ensure timely completion with quality workmanship.
• Monitor repair progress, track productivity against estimated repair times, and provide accurate updates and reports to superiors.
• Pre-plan and coordinate parts availability to support efficient workflow in the workshop.
• Lead and support mechanics in troubleshooting, resolving technical problems using manuals and equipment, and coordinating sublet repairs when required.
• Provide reliable repair estimates (parts and completion time) to superiors and ensure customer vehicles are repaired with minimal downtime.
• Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring mechanics follow safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
