We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Executive to support and manage inventory operations at our Regional Distribution Center in Gopeng. This role plays a critical part in ensuring stock accuracy, maintaining efficient inventory control processes, and supporting smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute daily inventory operations to ensure accurate stock control and proper handling of goods.
- Monitor, analyse, and investigate inventory discrepancies, including stock variances, damages, and shrinkage.
- Plan and coordinate cycle counts and stock count activities, including verification and reconciliation processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of stock receiving, transfers, and returns within the Distribution Center.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse operations teams to maintain inventory accuracy and promptly resolve stock-related issues.
- Support and coordinate annual stock take exercises to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain accurate weekly and monthly inventory reports within established timelines.
- Track and monitor inventory KPIs such as stock accuracy, shrinkage, and stock ageing.
- Assist in internal and external audit processes related to inventory management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support KAIZEN practices within DC operations.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations (experience in Distribution Center environment is an added advantage).
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good knowledge of inventory control processes and stock management systems (WMS & SAP exposure preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
