Position Title : Account Executive / Senior Account Executive (Accounting Corporate Firm)

Monthly Salary : RM4,000 - RM6,000

Working Hours : 5 working days, 9:00am – 6:00pm *(Sometimes can Hybird)

Johor Office Location : Iskandar Puteri Johor

Job Responsibilities :

• Handle full set of accounts for clients
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Perform bank reconciliation and accounts reconciliation
• Prepare GST submission and related tax schedules
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and clients when required
• Ensure accounting records are properly maintained and updated
• Assist in year-end closing and financial reporting matters
• Any other ad-hoc accounting duties assigned by management

Key Requirements ：

• Minimum 3-4 years of accounting experience
• Experience in accounting firm / audit firm is required
• Familiar with full set of accounts and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in accounting software such as Xero, SQL, etc.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Accounting: 4 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)
• English (Preferred)
• Bahasa Malaysia (Preferred)
