Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Financial Planning: Formulate long-term financial strategies, manage comprehensive budgeting and forecasting, and conduct financial analysis to support major business decisions and investment evaluations.
• Financial Management & Accounting: Oversee daily accounting operations, closing processes, and ensure the timely preparation of accurate financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) in accordance with accounting standards.
• Cash Flow & Risk Management: Monitor cash flow positions, optimize capital structure, and establish robust internal control systems to mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Taxation & Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with local regulatory frameworks (LHDN, SST, Companies Act). Coordinate annual audits, handle tax planning/filings, and maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, and tax authorities.
• Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and elevate the performance of the finance and accounting team to maximize operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or MIA membership are highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive financial management experience, preferably within multi-business operations, corporate groups, or tech-driven sectors.
• Deep knowledge of Malaysian tax laws, corporate regulations, and accounting standards (MFRS/MPERS).
• Exceptional strategic mindset, sharp data analytical skills, and outstanding communication capabilities.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
