- Adecco is partnering with a leading global technology company to hire an Operations Manager.
- This role sits within a regional operations team supporting large-scale programs, focusing on process optimisation, workflow efficiency, and operational performance tracking. You will work closely with internal teams and vendors to drive operational initiatives, improve processes, and deliver scalable solutions.
- You will coordinate across multiple stakeholders, manage operational workstreams, and contribute to initiatives that enhance efficiency, governance, and overall operational performance across the organisation.
- Candidates who are able to start work within short notice will be preferred.
The Talent
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Data, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in operations, program management, consulting, or process improvement roles
- Strong experience in process optimisation, workflow design, and operational scaling
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (Excel, SQL, or BI tools)
- Experience defining and managing KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, with ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience in project or program management, managing multiple workstreams
- Exposure to automation tools and process improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, large-scale operational environments
Job Description
As an Operations Manager, you will support operational programs and initiatives designed to improve efficiency, workflow performance, and process standardisation. You will collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth operational execution and scalable improvements.
Your responsibilities include:
- Drive process optimisation initiatives, including workflow redesign and operational improvements
- Track and analyse operational metrics and performance trends to identify efficiency opportunities
- Define, maintain, and publish KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards
- Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, workflow documentation, and training materials
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align operational processes
- Support vendor onboarding, performance management, and governance activities
- Manage operational queries, escalations, and exception handling within service levels
- Lead or support project delivery across multiple workstreams
- Identify opportunities for automation and process simplification
- Contribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and scalability
