Job Description:

• Demonstrating expertise in creating, reading, and interpreting engineering methodologies, with strong proficiency in designing and developing innovative hardware products that adhere to predefined technical specifications.
• Possessing comprehensive command over technologies, tools, and industry best practices throughout the hardware development lifecycle, ensuring efficient design, implementation, and system-level validation to meet performance and reliability standards.
• Leading hardware development lifecycle from concept to production for complex server systems.
• Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including PCB layout, mechanical, signal integrity, and manufacturing teams to conduct thorough design reviews, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and overall system requirements.
• Developing and executing comprehensive hardware validation plans at system level.
• Analyzing test results, troubleshoot issues, and drive root cause resolution.
• Ensuring hardware meets performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance targets.
• Documenting the design specifications, validation reports, and maintain revision control.
• Supporting customer engagements by translating technical requirements into hardware solutions, ensuring successful execution across VRB, PRB, EVT, and DVT phases of the product development lifecycle.
• Continuously improve processes for design quality, validation efficiency, and product robustness.
