We are hiring on behalf of a global Cloud Software company that is expanding its Malaysia's engineering team.

This company builds one of the most in demand cloud software service, used by enterprise clients and AI builders. With strong regional presence, they are scaling their backend team to support rapid product development and market expansion.

Responsibilities

1. Handle customers' technical issues related to Cloud software and provide technical solutions.
2. Perform delivery and implementation work according to project needs and the Service Statement of Work (SOW), assisting customers in cloud migration.
3. Complete project tasks assigned by the technical manager on time and ensure the quality of deliverables.
4. Possess a certain level of analytical ability for complex issues and follow up on problem resolution until resolved.
5. Summarize customer usage status and update documentation promptly for new issues.
6. Improve team work efficiency and drive enhancements through automation tools.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in cloud platform usage and development.
2. In-depth understanding of Linux systems, proficiency in Linux commands, and knowledge of operations and maintenance system architecture.
3. Solid foundation in computer science, with proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Go, or Python.
4. Familiarity with cloud computing and cloud-native technologies (e.g., Kubernetes and Docker) is preferred.
5. Knowledge of common services such as NTP, YUM, DNS, and firewalls.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly analyze issues and a keen sense of technical sensitivity and risk identification.
7. Good at summarizing and organizing documentation.
8. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
